About Our Senior Product Manager
Dynamic Yield provides its worldwide customers with tool-sets that leverage AI for building better and more relevant digital customer experiences.These tools help our customers increase their customer satisfaction, engagement, long-term value and overall sales.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in working on enterprise level product systems and customers.
Our new Senior PM will lead the E2E work on new product domains that constitutes a substantial part of our ecosystem. In these domains, we will be matching our products to our customers' future plans, and our customers' strategy/execution in using our products.
As a Senior PM you will participate in building new marketing technology capabilities, personalization strategies and new user flows, and take a leading role in our product development lifecycle working closely with our engineering team to deliver that strategy.
Some international travel will be required (COVID-19 restrictions are taken into account).
The Task-at-Hand:
- Build a business case for the intended new capabilities through market research, competitive analysis and feedback from all stakeholders. Analyze the customers/prospects requirements and build a sustainable product development plan.
- Perform customer and market research, industry analysis to assess market need, size of opportunity and competitive landscape.
- Lead the product lifecycle work and be the expert in all product aspects.
- Understand customers use cases and design the project plans to facilitate them.
- Own the outcome: Customer results, risk management and mitigation and customers' value realization.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customer’s key stakeholders.
- Take the hard decisions: Tradeoffs to accommodate company/group goals, time to market, features, functionalities, resources and quality to meet the business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, data analysts, operations, support, management, marketing and sales to define, develop, and launch new capabilities, features, services and products.
Optimal Skills for Success:
- At least 5 years of experience in Product management or in similar positions while demonstrating experience in product strategy, market research, competitive analysis, and working with enterprise customers.
- At least 1-2 years of experience presenting to C-level executives as a vendor representative.
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
- Understand how to manipulate, analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle issues/escalations under pressure.
- Committed to customer satisfaction and a passion for customer success.
- Ability to work independently and through teams, at multiple organizational levels.
- Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with well-developed interpersonal and customer. facing communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.
- Fluent and flawless English language abilities.
- Bonus: MBA degree with focus on marketing or business management.
