Description: Dynasty Building Solutions is currently seeking a candidate who can help coordinate our current project load of over 60 roofs a week company wide. The Quality Controller would be the eyes and ears of the projects, along with the soundboard to our customers. The perfect project Quality Controller in the Sarasota market, would have experience working with construction companies, or experience in the roofing industry. Minimum experience- 2 years in general construction, project management, Degree's, or direct roofing experience would be beneficial. DBS is willing to train an eager candidate that doesn't meet these requirements in full but has some basic knowledge. Our Culture: We are family oriented. Job Responsibilities: Manage multiple Job Sites, employees, residential, and commercial Enforce the companies safety policies Ensure your projects are completed safely and on schedule while delivering the best possible product at the highest customer satisfaction Effectively manage field operations for your projects Ensure your projects are completed to contract and Florida Building Code Communicate with the customer Send 4 daily job updates to the office and customer Ensure crew has materials needed to complete the job Ensure that the materials delivered are correct and document any discrepancies Upload all required job paperwork and photos to the job file in "Acculynx" Climb on roofs and conduct inspections and minor repairs.
