We provide services such as international/domestic shipping, Amazon/E-commerce restocking, and warehouse transloading with unmatched market pricing and most efficient strategies.
Dynasty Shipping currently has 2 positions open for Ocean Import Coordinator. The ideal candidates need to be self-motivated, hands-on team player, knows general ocean import, has basic knowledge of FBA, and look to learn and grow within the logistics industry. The Ocean Import / Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the import accounts that company assigned with. The person for this position must ensure the accuracy of customer account data within the company’s systems, operate daily ocean import shipments, coordinate with warehouse and venders, monitor incoming and outgoing shipping status with ocean shipping line and carriers.
Job requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field preferred.
· Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
· Great experiences in Word and Excel.
· Customer service and ocean import experiences preferred.
· Experience in Amazon FBA shipments is a plus.
· Able to be multitask.
· Must have legal status to work in US.
Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Paperwork management (ISF filing, Arrival Notice generating, 7501 and BOL issuing).
· Manage and maintain the ocean import account assigned by the company.
· Assign loads FTL/LTL to different carrier based on cargo info.
· Coordinate with warehouse and trucker for daily ocean import shipping and receiving.
· Communicate and maintain relationship with customers, suppliers, vendors and truckers.
· Vendor/carrier price negotiation as needed.
· Problem solving/Issue resolution between customers and vendors/carriers.
· All other duties related to LCL/FCL ocean import operations.
· Other duties assigned by manager.
Required Experience:
Freight Forwarding: 1-year Min.
Language:
