Full Job Description

· Coordinate with warehouse, truckers, Airlines and overseas offices for the shipments.

· Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents

· strong communications and development with US customers and overseas agents

· Pre-Alerts

· Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to customs clearance

· Arrange pick up/delivery.

· Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors

Qualifications

· Bilingual with English and Chinese/Mandarin is a plus

· Experience in Air/Ocean import operation/documentation

· College a plus or equivalent experience

· Strong communication skill

· Good customer service skill

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Computer Skills

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday'
