What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Specialist position at Dynata?
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of the Solutions Specialists target by product(s) by month
- Working with Sales leads to ensure a suitable pipeline is in place for the product(s)
- Working with the Sales Team to ensure the sales cycle is managed and provided to the
customer i.e after-sales care/renewal - Developing a comprehensive understanding to become the Commercial Subject Matter Expert for your appointed product(s), including all features and benefits (including demoing)/Collaborating with Sales & marketing teams to support lead generation and client engagement
- Ensuring appropriate internal and external marketing and training collateral is in place to/support your product
- Client interaction, including face to face meetings, to sell the product and support successful deployment
- Achieving Quarterly revenue targets/Regular reporting on opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasting and usage targets
- Working with the Product and Tech teams to help develop the product, inclusive of new improved functionality as well as provide feedback on local market
needs to help shape the product strategy, inclusive of value proposition, communication
strategy, pricing and contract terms.
Education and Experience
- Education at University degree level in the areas of Technology, Engineering or Business
Discipline. - 4 years in some form of Solution or Software Sales Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting all phases of the sales cycle
- Minimum 3 years experience serving as a consultant to both internal and external customers, and designing, developing and maintaining custom solutions for our customer base.
- The ideal candidate will have previously demonstrated the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to lead, is eager to contribute, and possesses a ""do whatever it takes"" mindset when facing complex problems and challenges.

The salary range for this position for Fixed period of 6 months is at 90k however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
