What You’ll Do
As the Business Operations Support Specialist, you will provide office services to support management and business operations according to business objectives and generally accepted office and administrative standards. Duties will include

Process raw material goods receipts for Cheyenne Plant and Cheyenne Emulsion Plant for production in SAP.

Enter daily production for all products produced at the Cheyenne Plant and Cheyenne Emulsion Plant.

Review actual inventories vs. daily-recorded production with inventory noted in SAP.

Assist Finance with review of discrepancies between actual data and SAP data with superintendents.

Make corrections/adjustments in SAP.

Process goods receipts and service entry receipts
-
Act as the workflow router and approver for accounts payable.
-
Act as a backup for time entry in payroll system bi-weekly.
-
Review time sheets for accuracy and compliance with payroll policy and procedures.
-
Process time approval for the plant once time entry is complete.
-
Process check requests and check deposits.
-
Complete M-3 report and monthly FCU gas data report for environmental.

Track and process gym memberships for employees.
-
Assist with events and meetings as needed.

Assist with data integrity questions and requested documentation in the event of an audit, and completion of asset disposal forms.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred. A strong concentration of business classes is preferred.

2 years business, finance, accounting, or related experience.

Computer literacy in Microsoft products such as; Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.

Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business systems, SAP preferred

High attention to detail

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
