IT Senior Reporting Lead, Dyno Nobel Inc., Salt Lake City, UT:
Communicate Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, road map, and solutions to business users and IT staff. Manage BI projects and represent BI as the senior Subject Matter Expert providing agile BI solutions and services to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Engage directly with customers to analyze and determine BI requirements. Provide end users with appropriate self-service BI solutions. Develop, implement, and manage common support procedures and training materials for the BI applications, with a goal to continuously improve the processes and the delivery of services. Track and analyze common problems encountered to provide proactive communications on fixes to the user community. Use QlikView and Qlik Sense system monitoring and performance tuning to speed up and efficiently utilize resources using QMC. Develop QlikView and Qlik Sense and create and manage QVDs and QVFs. Integrate SAP BW 7.x data and SAP ECC 6.0 data with Qlik toolset. Integrate disparate data sources, analyze data warehouses and data structure design including, designing database structures, designing ETL processes, designing data quality management processes, data modeling. Use SAP BW 7.x ETL to design, develop, configure, migrate, test, and implement. Build, test, and publish Business Objects Analysis reports, and Workbooks applications using BO 4.x products. Develop variables, restrict key figures, calculate key figures, structures, and selections in SAP BEx Query Designer. Deliver data in a useful and appealing way to users by making large and complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable. Balance the right visuals and report complexity for the data being presented to each end-user group. Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing SQL, SSIS, Python, or R programming languages;
- Utilizing Data Warehousing for data storage, cleaning, organization of data, and governance;
- Utilizing and applying relational Database management System (DBMS) concepts;
- Data architecture, data warehouse design, and solution reporting; and
- Using QlikView system architecture to design, build and implement application-specific data extractors and models.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Using Qlik Nprinting and Qlik NewsStand for static report publishing;
- Business objects 4.x toolset; and
- SAP BW 7.x data flows, including Info Objects, Info Cubes, Aggregates, Datastore objects (DSO), Multi Providers, Info Sets, Transformations, DTPs, and Data Sources.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Power BI for reporting, data visualizations, and data consumption; and
- Utilizing SQL Shell.
Up to 10% domestic travel required.
