Under direct supervision, provides entry level IT related services at a customer location.

Essential Duties:
Responsible for deployment & configuration of Desktop PCs, Laptop PCs & Thin clients. Provides troubleshooting for both Software and Hardware issues end users report. Technician is also contact for Honeywell RF guns and Zebra printers. Technician will work inside MDM solution to determine image and application issues with RF equipment. Zebra Printing support will need good wireless knowledge as well as determination of cleaning vs repair. Technician is also responsible as secondary IT contact for IT application and infrastructure implementation for facility. Receives work from the Service desk created Incident tickets and Internal project work. Position can travel up to 25% of time at the position supporting external facilities.
Qualifications :
Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize.
Ability to work successfully with computers and software.
Must have outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and management.
Ability to: read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization; and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Requirements :
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
