Job Title: Blue Yonder Techno-Functional Architect 

Location: Remote 

Job Type: 6 Months Contract to Hire 

Responsibilities: 

The Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Techno-Functional Architect will oversee the design, development, and support for a subset of the business applications. This specific role is to oversee and manage BY WMS Application implementation, integration with SAP and Traksys and continuous improvement. 

• Architecting and streamlining WMS Process to fit the BY WMS solution. 
• Create positive impacts to the organization 

• Contribute and deliver against short and medium term business plans. 
• Strong business analysis skills and good understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution and Inventory Optimization concepts and industry best practices. 
• Troubleshooting issues, ability to measure key warehouse management metrics, identify opportunity versus risks. 
• Drive requirement gathering efforts and provide input to new technical solutions, processes, or business plans. 
• Self-motivated with a bias towards action and meeting objectives. 
• Communicate and influence business partners 
• Manage vendor relationships and communications regarding operations, programs and processes. 
• Explain policies, practices, and procedures of a business process or technical solution to cross-functional teams. 
• Regularly work with senior stakeholders across the company to agree and accept new concepts practices, and approaches.
• Leadership

• Act independently to determine methods and procedures for achieving objectives. 
• Manage complex initiatives involving large cross-functional teams. 
•  Application Architecture, Delivery, and Maintenance. 
• Maintain a broad understanding of the entire software landscape within the company. 
•  Lead design, configuration, and implementation of BlueYonder/JDA WMS. 
• Strong understanding of BY WMS Database schema. 
• Experience reading MOCA trace files.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience. 
• 4-6 years hands-on implementation experience with BY/JDA WMS. 
• Expert level knowledge in configuring BY WMS. 
• Expert level knowledge of SQL, advanced workflows, MOCA commands & Triggers, Integrator, Dispatcher, EMS, or Track & Trace. 
• Experience creating and maintaining custom Page Builder. 
• Experience creating labels. 
• Experience creating and maintaining custom control files and using mload utility. 
• Experience with .NET framework and C# a big plus.
