Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of related experience
- This is a Hybrid workplace position, where colleague will need to work at the assigned work location a minimum 3 days per week
- ServiceNow platform knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio or equivalent tool
- Experience facilitating groups sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
- Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
- Problem-solver mindset; ability to work through grey areas independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Demonstrate technical skills and the ability to learn technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
