Job Description:
Role: Engineering and Automation Manager
Location: Winchester, KY
Job Type: Full-Time
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
· 8 years' experience as Engineering and/or Automation leader in a manufacturing environment.
· 4 years of relevant experience in implementing robotics and automation solutions.
· Experience in assessing, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions.
· Proven ability to build a team of high performing technical individuals.
· Ability to identify solutions, and process redesign, develop and implementation.
· Experience with controls systems Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Fanuc controls and other industrial automation software.
· Good organizational skills are required to plan, set, and execute on everchanging priorities.
· Strong focus on value creation and performance management.
· This position must possess strong leadership, project management skills, and deliver results in a dynamic work environment.
· Experience with AutoCAD, MS suite and other MES, MRP and WMS software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.47 - $175,000.41 per year
