SALARY: (*based on education and experience)
Level I: $16.65/hr
Level II: $18.64/hr
Level III:$ 19.64/hr
LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 40 hours per week; seasonal 12 months per year

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual Preferred.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Level I: Associate Teacher Permit or Child Development Associate Credential. Must have 24 Early Childhood Education units and 16 General Education units completed with a grade "C" or better. Minimum 3 Infant and Toddler units completed with a grade "C" or better. 1 year experience.
Level II/III: Associate (Level II) or Bachelor (Level III) degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a related field AND 24 ECE units completed with a grade "C" or better. Minimum 3 Infant and Toddler units completed with a grade "C" or better. 1 year experience.
*Based on educational qualifications, the selected candidate will be hired with one of the following Job Codes: Job Code 1021 (I), 1026 (II).
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:
Resume, Cover Letter, a minimum of three (3) Professional References, a minimum of two (2) Letters of Recommendation, Transcript(s) clearly identifying required coursework is mandatory in order to be invited to interview.
**IMMUNIZATIONS REQUIRED. Must be current on Measles, Pertussis, and Influenza immunizations per Senate Bill 792 in the State of California. Current proof of shots must be provided before hire.
