The Job:

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for service operations, reporting functions, purchasing and budgeting, light accounting, and client management. What You Will Be Doing As A Customer Service Associate:

  • Provide ongoing assistance to customers and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with employees engaged in sales, inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated customer inquiries
  • Prepare for escalated customer queries by maintaining and updating product and services knowledge
  • Record customer inquiries and responses in customer accounts
  • Suggest and implement improvements on customer service processes as instructed

  • Conflict Resolution—pleasantly handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts in a mutually satisfactory manner
  • Communication—express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
  • Customer service orientation—proactively assist clients in a professional, friendly manner in order to create the best possible experience by building relationships, understanding quality standards for service, and utilizing customer needs assessments
  • Self-control—Keep a positive attitude in the face of criticism and maintain composure, keeping emotions in check and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
  • Organizing and planning—develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner

Requirements To Be A Customer Service Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree
