Are you passionate about ensuring production efficiency and excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler.
This role is pivotal in determining planning, scheduling, and cost estimation for production maintenance activities, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You Will Do :
In this role, you will take charge of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), optimizing and updating equipment records and preventive maintenance schedules.
You will assess work requests to determine job scope, materials, equipment needs, and safety precautions, ensuring all tasks are planned with precision to meet our high standards.
Your technical expertise will be essential in writing detailed job plans, managing inventories, and updating our equipment Bill of Materials and Job Plan library.
Collaboration is key as you work closely with technicians, reliability partners, and maintenance supervision to plan and execute complex maintenance tasks.
You'll lead our weekly Scheduling meetings, aligning maintenance jobs with operational and supply chain requirements, and review completed work orders to enhance future planning and scheduling efficiency.
What You Will Need :
- A proactive planner with a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 6 years of experience in maintenance administration or technical maintenance.
- Comfortable working at heights and able to participate in 24-hour on-call shifts.
- Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, and meetings.
- 18 years or older and ready to bring your expertise to our team.
What Will Set You Apart :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4 years of experience in technical maintenance.
- Proficient in SAP or similar CMMS, Microsoft Office, and able to interpret technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating teams and managing resources effectively.

Compensation :
- Hiring Salary Range Posted : $73,700.00- $110,500.00
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
