Responsibilities: As our Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our policies and procedures in conjunction with the ever changing Federal and State regulations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for overall quality system in HR Department
- Understanding and executing staffing requisitions, requirements from all departments
- Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
- Sourcing candidates
- Preparing Letters of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
- Maintain employees' personnel files
- Coordinate annual Health, 401k and other annual benefit renewals

- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, and development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and development
- Knowledge of dealing with Federal and State unemployment agencies
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to handle challenges with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong awareness of current trends, issues, tools and approaches to people management
- Document Management: Proficiency in creating and compiling various documents and reports, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Batchelor's degree in Human resources management
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry sector
