Job Description:
- Reviewing/auditing property transfer packages to include GFP, external loans, and bailments.
- Familiarity with contracts, task order, delivery orders, Statement of Works, test plans, memorandum are highly encouraged
- Updating ETMS2 taskers to address expired/expiring property transfer packages and missing documentation on a monthly basis or as needed.
- Providing logistical support for meetings such as agendas, meeting invites, reserving the location, and requesting conference lines as required.
- Participate in working groups.
- Assist in updating training, policy, and other presentations as required.
- Assist in posting and disseminating responses to ETMS2 taskers.
- Assist in reviewing and updating policies, process, procedures, and workflows.
- Assist in update/maintain property transfer packages, job aids, and content on the Property Transfer SharePoint Site.
- Assist in updating monthly and quarterly metrics.
- Conduct research in appropriate DOD, Navy, and Marine Corps websites/repository to obtain required information to process property transfer package. Sites include but are not limited to PIEE EDA and GFP Module, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and DoD Procurement Toolbox.
- As required Conduct analyses and compile data as requested from information systems and data collected.
- Update SOPs specific to the Property Transfer Section.
- Provide administrative and logistical support as required for audit to include managing ETMS2 taskers for the MCA and assisting the Director with meeting minutes, setting up conference rooms, displaying the presentation, opening the conference lines, etc.
- Assist with auditing of Program Office polices, process and procedures to test internal controls for property transfer and Department of Defense DoDAAC management.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
