Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Reading based General
Contracting & Building team. This individual should be a self-starter, accustomed to solving real field challenges, and will be able to perform job duties with little or no direct supervision. The
Project Manager position requires the managerial and technical construction knowledge necessary to execute all aspects of ground up new construction and large rehab projects, including but not limited to: estimating, budgeting, subcontractor selection, scheduling, and material procurement.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead client interactions and must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, team oriented environment.
The position offers a competitive base salary and bonus potential with room for rapid upward mobility based on job performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of direct project management experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments to meet or exceed deadlines
- Project profit & loss responsibility
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
