The primary focus of the EPC Operations Manager is to oversee business operations from project inception through warranty period following project completion. The EPC Operations Manager is a team builder who understands, establishes, reinforces, and continuously improves tools and processes to mentor and empower team members in their day-to-day management of projects. The EPC Operations Manager builds and maintains key client and partner relationships through transparent and predictable practices in managing a varied portfolio of projects.

Established in 1920, E.S. Boulos Company, a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc, has provided comprehensive electrical construction services to clients throughout the eastern United States. E.S. Boulos has two divisions, offering both power line construction and commercial/industrial electrical construction, making it a full-service electrical provider.
Essential Functions
- Ensure organizational safety expectations are met by all employees
- Monitor the financial performance and production of projects
- Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain long lasting client relationships
- Pursue business growth opportunities
- Advise staff of company policy expectations
- Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor
- Coordinate employee performance reviews
- Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (10 years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to develop a solid safety culture with subordinates
- Excellent salesmanship and communication skills to include written and verbal
- Strong leadership and team building skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $115,000-$133,000 / year
- Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
