What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commissioning Manager position at E.S.I., Inc?

Ensures compliance with contract specification requirements through the various commissioning levels.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
- Requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Thorough knowledge of commissioning activities. Experience in construction activities and control system installation.
Plan, direct, and supervise project commissioning functions and activities.
- Review, understand, and implement the Contract Specification commissioning requirements through the various levels of construction from installation through integrated systems testing.
- Coordinate with QAQC team members to perform audits of documentation and installation checklists.
- Ensures timely submission of required testing documentation.
- Provide technical assistance to team members through start-up and commissioning of systems.
- Act as liaison with the client, subcontractors, and internal departments on commissioning matters.
- Ensure company standards are outlined and effectively implemented.
- Insure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliance with Contract Specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
