Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness Coach to join our team. The Wellness Coach will work closely with clients to develop customized wellness plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others improve their well-being.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate the client's current health, including medical history, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals.

· Working with clients to set realistic and achievable health-related goals, which could range from weight loss to stress reduction.

· Develop Personalized Plans: Create tailored plans for clients that may include exercise routines, nutrition advice, and other lifestyle changes to meet their specific needs

· Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their wellness journey

· Keep track of the client's progress and make necessary adjustments to the wellness plan to ensure continued success

· Encourage clients to take charge of their health and make sustainable lifestyle changes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
