What certification is required:

Must have an active LPN license in MI
Must have a copy of BLS from AHA
Must have an updated resume

Two supervisory references
Copy of COVID Card

Minimum Years of experience: Minimum of 2 Years of Experience - Required

Job Description:

2 Years Experience - Required

Travel experience required

BLS (AHA or ARC) - Required

Covid Vaccine - strongly encouraged -- (if declining, mandated to wear a mask) --

Clinicians MUST be able & willing to work the set schedule created by the Facility. BLOCK scheduling cannot be accommodated at this time

MUST have completed at least '1' successful assignment with the submitting agency (note on work history)

Duration of contract: 13 weeks

Shift: Nights: 11P-11A - 36 hrs/week

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
