6-12 years of Experience in Cognos TM1 IBM Planning and Analytics Implementation and administration
Good knowlwdge in LinuxUnix and Windows OS
Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support at L2 L3 level for these technologies
Incident problem and service outage management
Simple and standard service request fulfillment Project provisioning
Gathering requirements from project teams covering areas such as capacity users data

Environment set up
Install configure and maintain base software
