Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the team! In this role you will be based in Brisbane and support the project team in Australia and PNG, acting as the go-to person on the project to ensure the efficient operation of the project. In addition, you will office and administrative support to the team and coordinates the day-to-day administrative duties of the Project.

You will provide administration support to the project in Australia and PNG which involves:
- Input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries
- Maintain filing system of site documentation, ensure that information is available when required
- Reconcile data from accounts departments with site records
- General database/ systems administration
- Aid in preparing and collating of data to generate reports
- Assisting with mobilisation and demobilisation of team members
- Manage email enquiries from staff, subcontractors, and clients and escalate where appropriate
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities as required
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff
- Arranging both internal and external events for staff and clients
- Provide administrative assistance, as required, for the Project and Operations Manager
- Relief for other staff as required
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience in similar role as a Project Administrator
- Familiarity with Shutdowns is advantageous
- Proficient experience within Microsoft Office– mainly excel
- Some level of experience using ERP systems (SPMAT, ORACLE, SAP etc.)
- Accounts payable/invoicing experience desirable
- Proactive approach to sorting solutions and ability to conduct research
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
