- Patient check-out
- Taking co-pays, entering demographic information into EPIC Insurance verifications
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appts
- EPIC charting
- Excellent customer services
- High attention to detail
- Managing a workload
- healthcare experience
- EPIC would be super ideal
- Surgery scheduling experience is also ideal, but not required. Strong scheduling experience overall is required
- HS Diploma
- Medical office and scheduling experience (EPIC or Nextgen familiarity)
- Not required
