The Role in Brief:
Partner Services Associate
The Partner Services Associate (PSA) will be introduced to the world of consulting and marketing for the higher education industry. This is a great opportunity for the passionate, detail-oriented and motivated person who wishes to further his/her career interests in higher education, marketing or professional services and gain experience in using data-driven insights to develop innovative approaches that help higher education partners achieve their enrollment, financial aid optimization and alumni fundraising goals. This is an entry level position for recent college graduates and new professionals responsible for learning the business, our products and services, while assisting with a variety of challenging and interesting projects in the Partner Services department.
This role is based in Richmond, VA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Acquire knowledge of the business and our partners, products and services
- Assist various members of the partner team (team leaders, account managers, project managers) and perform tasks to ensure quality and compliance with partner- and company-specific procedures
- Help prepare for partner meetings
- Attend partner calls and document notes in partner relationship management system
- Help draft and edit written partner communications
- Perform partner and account maintenance in internal systems
- Assist with internal creative review of partner campaigns and campaign deployment testing
- Review, resolve and/or forward student inquiries and responses to partners
- Maintain partner campaign samples
- Provide phone coverage for front-desk receptionists as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Administration and organization skills with a proven ability to meet conflicting deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion to serve partners and learn/grow/develop within Partner Services or other areas of the organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
