Junior-Mid level Patent Litigation Associate (Life Sciences)

Location: New York

Salary: $225,000 to $370,000

A prominent AM Law 200 firm seeks a Life Sciences Patent Litigation Associate to join its expanding intellectual property practice in New York City.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases for leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.

The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute meaningfully at every stage of litigation within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admission to the New York Bar (active and in good standing)
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in life sciences/pharmaceutical patent litigation
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology, biochemistry, chemistry (or a related field)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills

The expected salary for this position is $225,000 to $370,000, depending on experience. The firm offers a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits in a collegial working environment that offers training and mentorship.
