Mid-Level Associate Attorney - Private equity

Location: Chicago/New York/Charlotte/Houston/San Francisco/Los Angeles

A leading Am Law 200 firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its established private equity group.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five years of comprehensive corporate law experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in private credit and mezzanine debt transactions.
  • Prior experience with SBIC funds is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Bar admission in the relevant office location

While the primary focus for this position is Chicago, applications from qualified candidates in New York, Charlotte, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Washington D.C will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $365,000.00 per year
