What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at EAE USA?
Job Description:
- Supervise / perform the activities below, with the team or alone when necessary.
- Receiving process for incoming items
- Shipping process for incoming items
- Warehouse operations
- Inventory control and maintenance
- Use the equipment and software needed for the process including but not limited to forklift, reach-truck, pallet jack, hand terminals, PCs and ERP system.
- System transaction of all warehouse activities on SAP and other related software
- Supervision and administration of the warehouse team
- Participate and lead the audits and inspections from local authorities and the customers
- Maintain 5S all over the warehouse
- Troubleshoot possible problems about the process and the tools & equipment of the process
- Prepare required reports about the operations of warehouse management
- Make necessary communication and coordination about the warehouse and the team
Job Type: Full-time
