Eagle Ambulance is a rapidly growing medical transportation company that provides BLS and Critical Care transportation services to several counties throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and accept incoming requests from customers via telephone and online portals
- Input accurate referral information to allow successful deployment of resources and reimbursement for services
- Operate and monitor two-way radio, MDT, GPS and paging systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Dispatch and monitor vehicles to ensure quality service and supportive guidance
- Document and maintain impeccable records/notes regarding various aspects of transports as outline by company policy and procedures
- Monitor specialized telecommunications equipment in line with local public agencies
- Ensure requests for service are met in a timely manner by scheduling, dispatching and monitoring vehicles and traffic patterns
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a motivational influence for your peers and co-workers
