YOUR LIFE AS A MARKETING COORDINATOR
In this essential advertising position, we rely on you to develop marketing strategies to increase our brand's awareness. Much of your time is spent creating new avenues to extend our reach to new customers and promote our company through websites and social media. You manage our social media pages, keep them up to date, produce digital campaigns, and regularly post original content. Further, you monitor web activity across all sites to measure the effectiveness of the advertisements and adjust future ads accordingly. You also conduct consumer and market research to ensure you are always one step ahead in the game and can learn what people like to anticipate future trends.
Additionally, you use your collaborative skills to work with the management teams to develop ads for vacant properties as well as create unified investor reports. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing
- Can proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other digital design software
- Ability to utilize Sprout scheduling software
- Proficient in WordPress website software
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
