Replenishment Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely restocking of products and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Duties:

• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging of goods
• Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
• Stock Replenishment: Execute replenishment activities by retrieving merchandise from storage areas, restocking shelves or bins, and updating inventory records in the system.
• Order Processing: Use our ERP System requests to replenish stock from warehouse inventory based on predetermined reorder points or inventory thresholds.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, or inventory audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies or variances.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition to ensure compliance with purchase orders and inventory specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, replenishment activities, and stock movements. Prepare reports on inventory levels, stockouts, and replenishment performance for management review.

Requirements:

- Experience in replenishment, stock management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as necessary
- Bilingual skills (desired but not required)
- Knowledge of inventory control practices

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
