Job Summary
We are looking for an individual that possesses technician characteristics to troubleshoot, service, and fix the automated packaging systems in the warehouse. As a technician, you will provide support to Eagle Eye Produce personnel giving prompt and professional resolution of any problems with Eagle Eye Produce standard hardware, software or network/communications, and printers. You will act as the front-line troubleshooter but utilizes proper judgement to escalate issues when necessary.
General Responsibilities
- Perform routine diagnostic checks
- Regular and consistent attendance are a must
- Monitor automated systems
- Isolate problems and make repairs
- Troubleshoot all issues, including electrical, mechanical, or computerized, and fix accordingly
Skills/Qualifications
- Must demonstrate strong math, computer, and electronics knowledge
- Required to work with hand tools and other equipment
- Self-motivator
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Work Environment:
-Duties and responsibilities are performed in a warehouse setting
-Loud noises
-Dirt, dust, mud, and wet flooring
Physical Demands:
-The ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
-Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
-Ability to climb stairs as needed.
