Description
The FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of all FF&E elements for Eagle Mountain Casino new hotel operations and build.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage project schedules for FF&E procurement, delivery, and installation.
- FF&E Manager is responsible for assisting in and/or overseeing the selection, procurement, delivery, and installation processes while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Source and negotiate with vendors to procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Manage procurement contracts for General Manager approval, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Oversee vendor production timelines to ensure timely delivery and installation of FF&E items.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FF&E items
- Coordinate the logistics of FF&E delivery and installation, ensuring a timely delivery of materials.
- Manage the FF&E budget, ensuring alignment with overall project financial goals.
- Ensure all FF&E items meet Eagle Mountain Casino standards for durability, design, and safety.
- Address any quality assurance and inventory issues with vendors and contractors.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion and protects the assets and information of the company within the scope of duties.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and Gaming Authority Board as required.
- Will report to the General Manager and CFO to ensure budget and timeline expectation are being meet.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FF&E project management, preferably in Gaming and Hospitality.
- Education may be substituted with 5 years of experience in FF&E project management in Gaming and Hospitality.
- Strong understanding of furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement processes.
- Strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and cost-control skills
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced computer skills and be able to understand electronic processing
- Must be able to Obtain and retain a gaming license though the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.
- Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Noise level is moderate to high when on casino floor.
- Exposure to cigarette smoke, ringing bells, and flashing lights when on the casino floor.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable with the casino’s insurance carrier.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

SUPERVISES: None
HOURS: The casino operates 24/7. Schedule, shift, and hours will vary.
SALARY: $38.00/hour / weekly pay / overtime exempt
