Entry Level Sales Associate

In response to the increasing demand for our services and to maintain the high level of client satisfaction we are known for, we are hiring an additional Entry Level Sales Associate to bolster our capacity!

This position is entry-level, so no prior experience is required. You bring the drive to learn- we provide the training! Our Entry Level Sales Associates have the opportunity to shadow our senior account managers to learn the fundamentals of sales practices, including engaging with customers, contract negotiation, and closing deals. We strive to make our Entry Level Sales Associates experts in our client’s products and services to guarantee client success. A Day in the Life of an Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Present persuasive sales pitches and presentations to customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ services.
• Manage daily routes and schedules effectively to maximize productivity.
• Gather feedback from current and former customers to inform product or service improvements.
• Maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges or rejection.
• Attend virtual and in-person workshops with the Entry Level Sales Associate team to stay up-to-date on customer service and CRM practices.
• Accurately track and document sales activities and customer interactions.

Ideal Qualities of a Entry Level Sales Associate:

• 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Client Facing, Retail, or similar fields are ideal
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships throughout the company
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of resilience in the face of rejection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
