Eagle Physicians in Greensboro, NC is hiring an RN/LPN Clinic Supervisor for a busy Walk-In Clinic. The RN/LPN Clinic Supervisor will Supervise, Plan, Develop and Organize various clinical service activities in the clinical operations of Eagle Walk-In Clinic. The RN/LPN Clinic Supervisor will work collaboratively with other RN/LPN Clinic Supervisor and Site Administrator to establish policies, procedures, standards, and department objectives, fill in as needed both clinical and clerical. Ideal candidate would have great leadership skills, have a positive attitude, be familiar with state and private vaccines, and phlebotomy experience. Prior Supervisor experience is required.

Eagle Physicians will pay all support staff employees hired as a .50 FTE or higher a $1,500.00 bonus after 6 months of active employment with satisfactory performance. Schedule: 40 varying hours. Monday thru Friday 11AM - 7PM. 2 weekends a month 9AM - 245PM alternating schedule with other RN Clinical Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scans in patient records and other patient information into EMR.
- Answers phones and assists patients and others with inquiries.
- Work in various front office and clinical positions based on clinic needs.
- Coordinates day to day office operations and supports staff, physicians and patients.
- Compose correspondence and disseminate to appropriate individuals and monitors current status of the work.
- Assists with payroll functions.
- Answers inquiries or refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals.
- Gathers information and develop summaries as requested.
- Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment, orders supply.
- Schedules support staff based on the operational needs of the site.
- Supervises assigned staff and engages in performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, hiring and discharge as well as all other employment-related supervisory matters.
- Handles confidential matters concerning Eagle policy and procedure.
- Shows respect, courtesy and advocacy in all dealings with all people, including, but not limited to patients, coworkers, and visitors.
- Displays a positive attitude, and team-oriented spirit, indicated by a willingness to assist where and whenever needed.
- Attends meetings as required.
- Writes legibly and with correct grammar and sentence structure.

Skill in prioritizing and in identifying problems and recommending solutions. Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence. Skill in developing and maintaining department quality assurance. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public. Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience: 3 years nursing experience required. Prior supervisory experience required.
Certificate/License: Possession of an unrestricted North Carolina RN or PN license and CPR certification
