Position Details:
Title: Activity Vehicle Driver
Placement (location): Transportation
Supervisor: Transportation Supervisor
Contract Days: N/A
Salary Range: $16.92/hour
Position Closing Date: Open until filled, screening to begin as soon as August 23rd, 2022

Description:
Hours and days may vary; position is on-call/as needed. A $78.50 fingerprinting fee is required by law and is due at time of processing.

General Expectations:
Have an Oregon Driver License.

• Participate in activity vehicle training session (Type 20) and pass a drive test.
• Train 2-4 hours with our transportation department.

Activity Vehicle Drivers that are properly licensed, pass our Type 20 training and enter into a permanent bargaining position as a bus driver, shall receive a $500 signing stipend in their first regular paycheck after a minimum of 30 calendar days of working as a bus driver. After 8 months of service as a bus driver, the employee shall receive an additional $500 in their next regular paycheck.
