Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in various accounting software and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and governmental accounting practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of general ledger reconciliation and account analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
