What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Project Manager position at Eagle Rose Construction?
We are looking for a skilled Field Project Manager to Oversee the day-to-day operations. The role of a Field Project Manager is to ensure all trade items needed for completion for development homes or for renovations are met. A Field Project Manager must have strong attention to details. You should possess great communication skills and ability to solve problems. Experience in project management will be very useful as knowledge of checking SOWs and project completion. The goal is to manage your construction projects by following proper checklist steps, and reporting all information back to your Office Project Manager. You will be working with an Office Project Manager who will be expediting your project by purchasing materials, scheduling contractors, etc.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the alignment of construction work and sequence to planned structure in the scope of work.
- Manage on-time project start date and end dates per project assigned.
- Responsible for keeping all projects on schedule.
- Maintain and manage Contractor relationships.
- Prospect construction teams to work on projects, communicating the long-term vision for the purpose of establishing long-term business relationships.
- Make initial contact with Contractors to onboard and inform of intent to schedule them to help field project managers.
- Monitor projects and Contractors to ensure timely scheduling.
- Proactively oversee and manage the progress of all projects & properties.
- Report all progress to your assigned office project manager.
- Answer questions about each property that is being managed and where they are currently holding with the various departments that need a status update.
- Assist your office project manager on building reports, based on the current status of the project.
- Communicate with the Runner, Purchasing, Field Project Manager, and General Contractors regarding any material or supplies needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
