What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Technician position at EAGLE TECHNOLOGIES?
Primary responsibility is to represent Eagle Technologies in a professional manner while servicing/repairing lines built by Eagle.
What would a typical day look like?
- This job operates primarily on a customer’s manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses all manner of heavy tooling required to install, service and modify custom-built automation. Also Including the use of measuring instruments, electronic and electrical testing equipment, computers, PLC touchscreens.
What qualifies you for this opportunity?
· Reliable transportation and an ability to travel; although this position is focused on local clients and minimal travel is required, you should have the ability to travel within US and Canada
- High school diploma.
- 4-year training program, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ experience minimum.
- PLC programming would be a plus.
- Frequent travel is expected for this position.
