Customer Service Technician

Primary responsibility is to represent Eagle Technologies in a professional manner while servicing/repairing lines built by Eagle.

What would a typical day look like?

• This job operates primarily on a customer’s manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses all manner of heavy tooling required to install, service and modify custom-built automation. Also Including the use of measuring instruments, electronic and electrical testing equipment, computers, PLC touchscreens.

What qualifies you for this opportunity?

· Reliable transportation and an ability to travel; although this position is focused on local clients and minimal travel is required, you should have the ability to travel within US and Canada

• High school diploma.
• 4-year training program, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience minimum.
• PLC programming would be a plus.
• Frequent travel is expected for this position.
