We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely two days a week. This position has flexibility in choosing which two days, in addition to Wednesday, will be worked in the Silver Spring, MD office.
Responsibilities
Assist with oversight of projects in accordance with the EagleBank Project Management policy. Serve as Project Manager for Bank projects as assigned. Manages the process and assists project owners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline. Coordinates with other departments as needed to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with respect to risk, due diligence, manpower and resources. May assist the department on large projects and with completing administrative project tasks.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- 3 years' experience directly managing projects of differing scopes and sizes
- Intermediate skill level of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding Project Management methodologies
- Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
- Knowledge of core and peripheral systems of a financial institution or financial business related company
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or other related field; or 4 additional years of experience in applications systems support, testing, business analysis or production implementation
- 2 years working in the financial industry
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
