General Laborer

As a Technician for our company, you will be doing tank cleanings, rig cleanings, water blasting, emergency response clean-up, hazardous waste clean-up and the handling of hazardous materials. You will be working in all types of weather conditions You will be reporting directly to the Field Services Manager. This position does require out of town travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time.
• Performs labor intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the day.
• Works in atmospheres with low clearances, confined spaces and at heights
• Operates light and heavy equipment including skid steers, forklifts, and vacuum equipment.
• Other duties as assigned
• Performs non-emergency and emergency response activities that deal with biological, and chemical materials.

Qualifications:

• 21 and older
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Safety oriented mindset with the determination to follow all procedures and policies.
• Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods of time and to work on an on-call basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
