```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that plumbing systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

```Duties:```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, thread, and assemble pipes
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
