As a Shift Manager, you will:
- Exemplify extraordinary leadership skills. Using our business specific core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.
- Consistently coach others. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation. Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.

- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- 3 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role.
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- The ability to legally work in the USA.
