Earnest Partners is seeking an organized and reliable Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The Executive Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage schedules, arrange travel, and prepare reports and presentations. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, display excellent communication skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and organize appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist in the preparation of board and committee materials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of professional administrative experience, preferably supporting executives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
