Position: Human Resources/ Payroll Administrator:
Our amazing HR/Payroll Team is currently looking for a highly organized Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to provide accurate processing and recording of any administrative responsibilities of the HR/Payroll department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIL TIES :
•Assists with HR/Payroll related tasks to ensure deadlines and compliance are met
•Performs compliance checks of incoming New Hire packets
•Fulfills administrative functions for the HR department including filing and clerical duties
•Completes special projects by setting timelines & schedules, conducting research, and developing & organizing information
•Assists with the implementation of policies & procedures in accordance with Earthbound’s mission and core values
•Enters new employees into the ADP database
•Assists in the processing of employment verifications
•Assists in performing daily HR/Payroll related operations
•Provides excellent customer service to internal & external sources
•Ensures HR/Payroll administrative activities within the organization run efficiently
•Performs other related duties as required and assigned
QUALITIES AND SKILLS :
• Ability to take on multiple tasks at once while maintaining strong performance, consistency, and integrity
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
•Customer Service is a PLUS
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
REQUIREMENTS:
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee/company information
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Work, and Excel
• Previous HR/Payroll experience a PLUS
• Previous experience with ADP databases a PLUS
• Previous retail experience a PLUS
