**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales department, contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. **Duties:** - Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and close deals - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Support business development initiatives by conducting market research and identifying potential leads - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in technical sales discussions, providing product knowledge and solutions to customers **Skills:** - Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships - Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients - Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights - Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques - Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively - Technical sales knowledge is beneficial for understanding complex products and services This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive team environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.51 - $20.73 per hour

Compensation package:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Evenings as needed
