- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Materials Management Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining correct storeroom and warehouse inventory by investigating and verifying inventory accuracy to assure proper stock level on shelves. Assists nursing managers/supervisors with supply locations to include adding/deleting supply items, adding/deleting users, user training as needed. Inventory Specialists also perform regular audits of supply locations and inventory.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience- 2 years experience with medical and non-medical supplies
Required Registration/License/Certification- N/A
Preferred Education- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field
