1. Process phone messages, transfer calls, greet customers, handle walk-ins.
2. Service existing accounts—makes changes or corrections, take transfers, give quotes, write new applications on existing clients
3. Primary handlers of money —receive payments, process payments, make deposits.
4. Service new business—transfer to an agent after preliminary questioning, can complete application and accept payment only after an agent has spoken to them and quoted a price.
5. Must stay abreast of all Insurance and Federation programs.
6. Accept delegated work from the Agency Manager and Agents.
7. May be responsible for filing and preparing the mail.
8. Handle all other duties requested by the Agency Manager.
*Office work experience required
*College degree preferable, but not required.
*Insurance experience preferable, but not required.
