The AmeriCorps Manager will responsible for the day-to-day operations of the AmeriCorps program including ongoing program management, collaboration with the Community Resource and Wellness Center (CRWC) Director for recruitment and onboarding, collaboration with the Site Supervisors coordinating training schedules, training of supervisors, interdepartmental communications and support, data collection and documentation, and assisting the Assistant VP of Quality & Population Health with the development of reports and presentation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s in health care administration or related field or relevant experience preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years in a direct service role. Experience in clinical healthcare settings and with and underserved population a plus.
- Experience with data management and analysis.
- Experience with grants management.
- Experience with staff training or education.
Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Knowledge of Epic.
- Strong organizational and Problem-Solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive.
- Committed to the practice of inquiry and listening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to modify content depending on the audience.
- Curiosity about a wide range of health-related problems and issues.
- A strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to positively influence others with respect and compassion.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and individuals with a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
- Spanish proficiency recommended.
