Dance Instructor/Choreographer

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team. We are looking for an energetic for our pre-school program for dancers ages 3-6.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance, experience working with children, and a commitment to providing high-quality instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment. The ideal candidate would be responsible for teaching dance technique, choreography for our end of the year recital in various styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Experience working with children or students in a dance or educational setting

Strong dance background with expertise in one or more dance styles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and staff members

Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

We are looking for our 2024-2025 season and 2024 Summer camps.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
